Early detection and diagnosis of autism

The study by a group of researchers from the Israeli KI Research Institute, published this week in JAMA Network Open, which claims that autism can be diagnosed at the age of one year, supports the Mifne Center study published in the International Journal of Pediatrics and Neonatal Care about a year ago, but in a study by the Mifne Center, the findings showed that the early signs associated with autism were observed as early as the age of 6 months. The research at the Mifne Center and in collaboration with Bar Ilan University lasted ten years and was first published int he Israeli Journal for Pediatrics already in 2011.

In a follow-up study 'which compared two groups who were treated at the Mifne Center, published a year ago, it was found that infants with suspected autism who were treated at the Mifne Center in their first and second years of life achieved much more significant results than the group of toddlers treated in their third year of life.
